30-Day Home Trial

Use your sauna for 30 days. If it's not for you, we'll arrange the return — with these honest terms:

• You cover return freight (typically $400–$700 for cabins)
• A 15% restocking fee applies to cabin saunas
• Sauna must be unmodified and complete
• Refunds issued within 10 business days of warehouse receipt

Freight returns are expensive — that's physics, not policy. We state it here so there are no surprises.
