Sauna and cold plunge bundle — the Recovery Studio hot and cold home setup
BUNDLE — SAVE $1,499

One Backyard. Hot and Cold.

Contrast therapy used to mean a spa membership. Now it means walking to your backyard: deep heat in the Aura Duo sauna, then an ice-cold plunge in the Aura Plunge Solo — 10 minutes hot, 2 minutes cold, repeat.

The Recovery Studio bundle pairs both units with one transparent price, one scheduled white-glove delivery, and one setup visit. No quote forms, no specialist call — just hot and cold, at home.

Infrared Sauna Questions, Answered

How much does a 2 person infrared sauna cost?

A quality 2-person infrared sauna for home use ranges from about $5,199 to $7,950 among major US brands. The Aura Duo is $6,499 (regularly $7,499) with free white-glove delivery and Shop Pay financing from $542/mo — the price you see is the price you pay.

Do I need an electrician to install a home sauna?

Most 1-person infrared saunas plug into a standard 120V outlet — no electrician needed. Larger 2–3 person models may benefit from a dedicated 20A circuit; each product page lists exact electrical requirements.

What is a low-EMF sauna?

A low-EMF sauna uses shielded heater wiring and panel design to minimize electromagnetic field exposure while you sit inside. Aura uses low-EMF carbon heater panels; independent test reports will be published on our technology page.

How long does sauna delivery take?

Saunas ship from our US warehouse in 5–7 business days. White-glove freight delivery is scheduled with you directly — see our delivery process for the full walkthrough.

Can I finance an infrared sauna?

Yes — every Aura sauna qualifies for Shop Pay financing, with 0% APR options on approved credit. Monthly estimates are shown on each product page.

What is your return policy on saunas?

We offer a 30-day home trial. Because freight shipping is expensive, return freight and a restocking fee apply — we state both plainly on our shipping & returns page, unlike brands that bury them.
